Return and Refund Policy

Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: September 18, 2025

Thank you for shopping with Harry's Enterprise at www.harrysenterprise.com. We value your satisfaction and strive to provide coconut oil of the highest quality. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before completing a purchase.

1. Order Cancellation

Being a small shop, we cannot offer refunds except in the event of an error in your order. You can, however, contact us at hehmco@gmail.com for a store credit if the error was with our processing your order. Please double-check your items before placing your order.

2. Eligibility Returns

Due to the nature of our product, returns are not accepted.

3. How to Request a Credit

Step 1: Contact our customer service team within 24 hours of receipt of your incorrect order. 

  • Email: hehmco@gmail.com (Response within      48 hours during business days)

Step 2: Provide the following information:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the product, packaging,      and any damage
  • Detailed description of the issue
  • Your preferred resolution (store credit      on your next order or product replacement)

Processing Time:

  • Credits are issued within 3 business days of receipt.
  • Replacements are shipped within 7-10      business days after approval.

4. Quality Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind our product quality. If you're not satisfied with your coconut oil's quality within 30 days of delivery, contact us at hehmco@gmail.com before requesting a refund. This applies even to open products when quality is the issue (proof will be required of damage or defects).

5. Dispute Resolution

If you're not satisfied with our resolution of your credit request:

  1. Contact our customer service manager at      hehmco@gmail.com
  2. Allow 3-5 business days for a response.
  3. Further disputes may be subject to binding arbitration under Wyoming State Law.

6. Force Majeure

Replacement time frames may be extended during circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, shipping delays, public health emergencies, or other unforeseeable events.

7. Your Rights

This policy does not limit your rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
